Exchange Online Plan 1
£3.92 per month with a monthly commitment (monthly commitment not available direct with Microsoft)
(flexible monthly option that can be cancelled anytime and you just pay the remainder of the month)
This plan excludes the Microsoft Office software, it is ONLY a 50 GB exchange mailbox (larger mailboxes are available on alternative plans). Based on our client base a 50GB mailbox is big enough for 99% of people. Employees shouldn’t have to worry about managing their mailbox growth again. Keep everything! Send anything! Every couple of years Microsoft increases the limits. Shared mailboxes and resource mailboxes have a 50 GB limit too, and the best part..? Shared mailboxes and resource mailboxes are completely FREE! So for instance in Outlook you could have a shared mailbox “info@yourcompanyname.co.uk” you can send and recieve email from this as well as your own! There are a couple of caveats with shared mailboxes, you cannot get them up independantly (so you can have them appear in Outlook with your own email address but not on their own, and they cannot be added outside of Outlook (to a mobile phone for example). Every team can have a shared mailbox or the same shared mailbox (marketing@, sales@, helpdesk@ whatever you need!)
Exchange Online Plan 2
£7.85 per month with a monthly commitment (flexible monthly option that can be cancelled anytime and you just pay the remainder of the month)
… everything that is included with Plan 1 above but a 100GB mailbox!
Microsoft 365 Business Standard
….Office 365 Business Standard on a monthly commitment is £12.30 ex vat (flexible monthly option that can be cancelled anytime and you just pay the remainder of the month). Annual commitment is £10.51 ex vat
The most popular Microsoft 365 package gives you the latest Microsoft Office programs with free upgrades when the new versions are released as well as a business exchange mailbox with 50GB of space (expandable to 100GB with an additional license). This license can be purchased for individual users or company-wide so even if you have 1-2 users this can be the perfect package to start with Microsoft Office software, email, OneDrive and SharePoint. For a large company of 25+ users this can be the perfect solution as with staff changing and your business growing it keeps the expense to just a small monthly charge instead of having to purchase the Microsoft Office suite outright for hundreds of pounds for each license (and then you’re also stuck on the version you purchased).
Basically this is everything the Plan 1 above provides but also the Microsoft Office applications too (…and always the latest versions for free whenever they are released).
This license includes 1TB of storage, store and share files with 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage.
